USA Today’s Wendy Koch outlined the growing support for nuclear energy in her January 28th piece, “Is nuclear power the future? Obama calls for more plants.” Koch draws attention to Obama’s call for new nuclear in Wednesday’s State of the Union and cites additional support from Carol Browner, director of the White House Office of Energy and Climate Change Policy and Energy Secretary Steven Chu.
