On March 12, Dr. Moore met with the George Washington University’s Environmental Law Association, a student run organization that organizes environmental events on campus, in Washington, DC.
Dr. Moore spent the evening talking to students and faculty and sharing his conversion story – his journey from co-founder and former leader of Greenpeace to his current role as environmentalist and nuclear energy advocate with the Clean and Safe Energy Coalition. He also held a Q&A session, where he took questions from a very educated audience about the environmental aspects of nuclear energy and its use around the world.
Dr. Moore showed photos from his past and discussed the reasons why he parted ways with Greenpeace.
