Job Creation in the Nuclear Renaissance
On June 17, 2008, CASEnergy launched our new jobs initiative with the release of our white paper “Job Creation in the Nuclear Renaissance.”
Coalition Co-chair Christine Todd Whitman, former EPA administrator and New Jersey governor, was joined by a diverse group of leaders to support the positive economic and environmental impact of nuclear energy in the United States.
Among those who support the findings of the white paper are:

It was great to see such a diverse group of people sharing their support for nuclear power and outlook on its economic impact in the United States.
Our white paper provides a close examination of the economic opportunities provided by the nuclear energy industry. Highly skilled jobs are needed to keep today’s plants in operation, and needed in the decades ahead to build and operate new reactors.
